Marc Brun began his commercial real estate career with a combined 24 plus years performance of project management and owner representation in the development and construction industries. While working in the healthcare, commercial, sports/recreational and residential sectors Marc has enjoyed the unique challenges presented in small tenant up-fits as well as the complexities of full-scale multimillion-dollar hospital campus development projects.
Marc personally started into real estate and development through a series of residential property purchases and speculative construction projects. From that point on his experience grew into site selection, master planning, design and construction for various projects in the NC Piedmont region. The leadership exposure gained in these scopes allows him to protect and advocate for his clients as they plan and navigate both real estate and construction processes.
Marc is both a licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor in the State of North Carolina as well as being a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR).
He and his wife, Kate, live in Harrisburg, with their two children. For fun and relaxation, he enjoys family camping trips, wood working, mountain biking and baking sourdough wood fired pizzas.
