Sam Kline is married to Laura Kline and they have three children, Camryn (13) and six year old twins Tyler and Jackson. His hobbies include bike riding, snowboarding and wakeboarding. Sam has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and hopes to play a significant role in growing BowerTraust's commercial construction division. Sam began his commercial construction career in 2006 when he began working for March Westin in Morgantown, WV. March Westin is widely considered West Virginia's largest and finest general contractor. His first role was as afield engineer (project layout) and a junior superintendent. He was quickly promoted to the role of project manager after displaying the right skill set to manage large scale commercial projects. With March Westin he successfully oversaw many projects in and around the Morgantown area including Expressway Carwash, various upfits in the prestigious Marina Towers Commercial Complex, The WVU Greenhouse and Visitors Center which included a cutting edge interactive software. His finest and most prestigious project with March Westin was the Shaft Drillers International building. This ground up 40,000 SF Office Complex was built for an extremely high profile client in less than one year and was a huge success.In 2012 Sam moved his family to Cincinnati where he began working for Venture One Construction. Venture One was a smaller regional contractor focused on retail construction. Sam was hiredspecifically to oversee the JC Penney remodel program and was responsible for managing 5 locations rehabs at a time. During his tenure at Venture One, he completed 3 waves of the JC Penney remodel program, built a public library and completed Huff Consolidated School in Wyoming County, WV. Huff School was valued at 10 million dollars and is the largest project in Venture One's commercial history. Sam took the job from bid through completion and the job was finished in 360 days.

Sam moved to Belmont, NC in the summer of 2013 with his family where he continued to run a satellite office for Venture One until August of 2014. In 2015, Sam joined BowerTraust Construction as Business Development Director for Commercial Construction.
